To enhance communications and strengthen our alumni network of now 26,000 strong, we are pleased to be able to offer all alumni a lifetime email address. Accounts are available upon request to applicants who were in a degree program or postdocs at Caltech.

As of August, 2026, Caltech Alumni email service is currently undergoing maintenance to add multi-factor authentication (MFA) functionality. Alumni accounts are enabled before multi-factor authentication (MFA) is in place. MFA will become mandatory for all alumni accounts within the next few months. When it takes effect, you will need to complete enrollment within the window IMSS provides, or your account may lose access until you do.
