How do I sign up for Seminar Day?

Complete the registration form. Once you have submitted this form, you will receive a confirmation email with Zoom links to join all four sessions. The confirmation email will come from the following address: seminarday@alumni.caltech.edu.

Will I be able to attend Seminar Day without a Zoom account?

Yes, you will be able to watch via your web browser or Zoom. Note that Zoom will require you to enter your name and email address first.

Will the speakers answer questions from audience members?

Yes, you may submit questions to the speakers via Zoom’s Q&A feature during each session.

Are non-Caltech guests allowed to join?

Yes. Also, you will have the opportunity to add a guest when you fill out the registration form.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes, the sessions will be recorded and made available on this website following the event.

Is there any cost to attend Seminar Day?

Seminar Day is free of charge.
