Alumni Weekend & Reunion

Save the New Dates for Alumni Weekend & Reunion

As California reopens, the Caltech Alumni Association is excited to invite you back to campus for Alumni Weekend & Reunion, Friday, Oct. 15 to Sunday, Oct. 17.

That’s right! CAA has shelved the previously announced virtual event in September, and we quickly are preparing to welcome back alumni back for a special in-person event. Great news for the Classes of 1970 and 1971, who will be formally welcomed into the Half-Century Club.

As you can imagine, shifting plans so swiftly requires a little extra planning, so details aren’t available yet. (You will be the first to know when the schedule is set.) For now, mark your calendars, save the date, and start planning your travel.

To help you on that last task, CAA has arranged exclusive Alumni Weekend & Reunion hotel specials. Contact the properties below to find the best options for your needs.

Digital Class Memory Books

Reunion Weekend Online may be over, but you can still create a personal page within your Digital Class Memory Book to celebrate your reunion and your Caltech experience!

  • Share your favorite Caltech memories and photos.
  • Give an update about your life after Caltech.
  • Provide contact info to stay connected with your classmates.

Your Digital Class Memory Book, hosted on BrightCrowd, is a great way to catch up with classmates no matter where you are.

Helpful Tips

  • Adding a photo ensures you appear on your class landing page, which makes it easier for your classmates to find your page.
  • Add as much or as little information as you want. All questions are optional.
  • You can go back and add photos or edit your information until October 2021. After October, 2021, the book will still be available, but you will not be able to make changes to your page.
  • View everyone, including those without photos, by clicking "View Everyone" or "Directory."
  • Use the search tool on the top left to find classmates from your House(s) or division(s), who share similar hobbies, or who participated in similar activities, etc.
  • Make sure you include your city in the "Where are you living?" question to ensure that you show up on the interactive map.

How do I create my page?

Click here to learn how to create your page in your Digital Class Memory Book.

When can I create my page?
Alumni from class years that have Digital Class Memory Books were sent an email in October 2020 with a link to create a page. If your class has a Digital Class Memory Book (1970–2020) and you did not receive an email, please contact us at

When is the deadline to create my page?
There is no official deadline. You will be able to edit your page for one year following the launch of your Digital Class Memory Book in October 2020. After October 2021, you will still have access to view your Digital Class Memory Book.

When can I view my classmates’ pages?
Alumni who create pages will immediately be able to view their page as well as other alumni pages.

Can I edit my page after I create it?
Yes. In your Digital Class Memory Book, click the 'My Page' link at the upper right to edit your page. You can edit your page until until October 2021. After October, 2021, the book will still be available, but you will not be able to make changes to your page.
