We set out to plan a special itinerary for the Caltech Alumni Association that combines beautiful walks with an emphasis on the cooking and culinary traditions of the Amalfi peninsula. Enjoy the seafood, fresh fruits and cheeses. We will be joined by Tom Mannion, Senior Director Student Activities and Programs and instructor of one of Caltech’s most popular classes: PA-16 Cooking Basics (a survey of cooking and food science) and two current students. Like a great Italian meal, this week is a long, happy, satisfying event that you'll wish would never end.
