A pre-pandemic summer tradition returns to the Shenandoah Foothills.
Join fellow alumni, postdocs, and friends for a potluck and poolside gathering hosted by Mark Foster (BS ’82) at his private estate. In addition to enjoying a relaxing afternoon of food and conversation, guests can also tour Mark’s 0.6 m research-grade observatory on his property in the Shenandoah foothills.
What to expect
• Potluck lunch with dishes coordinated in advance
• Pool access—bring swimwear and towels
• Guided tour of a private observatory
• Time to reconnect and meet local Techers
