As a Tables for Techers host, you’re not just setting a table—you’re creating an experience that can spark friendships, collaborations, and new ideas.

Whether you’re sharing research stories, reminiscing about campus traditions, or meeting fellow Techers in your city, you’ll be at the center of the conversation.
Choose the Setting
Want a backyard barbecue? A cozy dinner in your home? A picnic in the park? You pick the location, set the theme, and create the moment.
It’s Easy to Organize
Pick a time on Saturday, July 25, or Sunday, July 26, 2026. Alumni Relations will provide guidance to make hosting simple.
