On May 17, Techers returned to campus for the 88th Seminar Day, Caltech’s annual alumni event highlighting faculty research from across disciplines. This year’s talks explored diverse topics, including land-use policy, soft materials engineering, AI-driven cancer research, polar science, and an ambitious new project in radio astronomy.
Participants toured labs, visited Caltech’s newest buildings, and engaged with graduate and undergraduate student presentations. New this year was “Seminar Day Kids,” an interactive, hands-on STEM experience designed especially for young Techers. View photos below.
