Zynx Health, the market leader in providing evidence-based and experiencebased clinical decision support solutions (CDS), today announced that its chief technology officer, Mark Long, was named the 2012 CTO of the Year at a company of 100-500 employees by the LA Business Journal.
The journal's CIO/CTO awards honor those in top information technology positions whose decisions impact all aspects of their business, including growth, profitability, functionality, and competitiveness in the marketplace.

Long is responsible for the company's technology strategy and execution. He leads the research, design, development, and delivery of the applications that serve the global community of Zynx Health clients as well as internal clinical research and editorial staff. Long holds a PhD in engineering from the California Institute of Technology, a MS from Stanford University, and a BS from Lehigh University.
Since its founding in 1996, Zynx Health has grown to become the independently recognized market leader in providing evidence-based CDS.
