"Plugged-In Centenarian" Lincoln Martin (MS '43) Profiled

He rides a Segway down his quarter-mile driveway off Success Valley Drive each day around noon to retrieve his newspaper and mail. He uses an iPad 2 to track how his granddaughter, Mo Martin, a professional golfer, is doing at tournaments around the country. He listens to Duke Ellington and the other “old timers” on his iPod.

Indeed, Martin certainly has come a long way since he was born in 1912, the same year the Titanic went down and when the price of a gallon of gas was 7 cents.
