We are profoundly saddened by the death of Randall B. Griepp MD on September 8, 2022 at the age of 82. He was a greatly beloved husband and father, a highly-esteemed and innovative cardiovascular surgeon, an avid sailor and a skilled craftsman of small wooden boats and elegant furniture. He will be deeply missed by a loving extended family and an international network of colleagues.

In addition to his wife Eva Botstein Griepp MD and son Matthew Griepp MD of New York, Randall is survived by his brother Galen of Glendale CA and his sister Marvel of Ossining, NY. The family will be gathered to welcome visitors at 860 UN Plaza on Sunday, September 11 and Monday, September 12.
