Can I volunteer to help out with my reunion?
Yes!  To volunteer for your class reunion or find out more please contact Emily Fischer at or 626.395.1462.

What is the recommended attire for the Weekend events?
For reunion dinners at the Athenaeum, traditional evening attire is encouraged.  A jacket for gentlemen is recommended but not required.
The rest of Reunion Weekend and Seminar Day is casual and comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended.

How do I register?
Online registration for the Reunion Weekend and Seminar Day will open on March 1, 2018.

Do I need to register in advance?
We can accept walk-in attendees on a space-available basis (with the exception of class dinners), but we strongly encourage to register by the Monday, May 7 deadline so we may better accommodate you.  To take advantage of the Early Bird rate for Seminar Day the deadline is Monday, April 23.

Do I need to register for my class dinner?
Yes! Your class dinner is a seated event and space is limited – please be sure to register in advance! We cannot guarantee walk-in attendees will be accommodated and we strongly encourage you to register by Monday, May 7.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard and Visa, as well as personal checks.

If I need to cancel my reservation can I receive a refund?
To receive a refund, written notice of your cancellation must be emailed no later than Monday, May 7.  Contact us at or 626.395.6592 with questions.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
To the best of our ability, we will try to accommodate the dietary needs of our guests.  Please indicate any restrictions when registering.  Please contact the Alumni Association with any questions at 626.395.6592 or

Where do I check in when I arrive on campus?
You may pick up your nametag and any materials at the first event you have registered for.  Check-in for Seminar Day is at the tent on Beckman Mall.  Please refer to the schedule for location details.

Is there childcare available?
Kids Klub Pasadena is offering childcare during the Weekend for children 2 – 12 years old.

Mention “Caltech” to receive a 20% discount and have the $35 per child initiation fees waived. Applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 11.  Download and complete an application at by clicking on "About Us", then "Forms" from the row of links across the top, and then the yellow box labeled "Kids Klub Forms" on the right hand side.
Already a Kids Klub member?  Please call (626) 795-2501 no later than Monday, May 14th by 5:00 pm to make reservations.

Is there wireless access?
Free wireless internet is available through the Caltech Guest network, no password is needed. 

What counts as a reunion gift?
No matter what part of campus you give to or how much you donate, as undergraduate reunion alumni, your gift is considered a reunion year gift if it is made between October 1, 2017 and September 30, 2018. Learn more about reunion giving.
