The ballot packages include thorough instructions for voters. Following the guidelines set by the Bylaws, ballots must to ARRIVE at Alumni House (or the vendor contracted to receive ballots on behalf of CAA) by 6:00 PM Pacific Time, November 18, 2021, to be counted.

Alumni can return ballots by postage-paid return mail (USPS) or in person. We are working with our partners at the League of Women Voters-Pasadena; they will open, verify, and count votes.

If you didn't receive a ballot, contact info@alumni.caltech.edu to verify your current address on file and to request a new ballot.

We will announce the results of the election and announce the Honorary Member of the Caltech Alumni Association, and hear about the vision and strategic directions and activities for CAA at the Annual Meeting of Members on December 2, 2021, 6 pm.
