DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, September 19\, 2026 | 6:00–8:30 p.m. BST \nJoin the Caltech community in London for an alumni reception followed by LOLA LIVE! Comedy Theatre Lab.\nThe evening begins with a Caltech Alumni reception hosted by Sandra Tsing Loh (BS ’83\, DAA ’01)\, followed by LOLA (London Hosts Los Angeles) LIVE! Comedy Theatre Lab\, an audience-interactive performance. \nLOLA LIVE! is the highlight of the LOLA Theatre Festival\, September 16–20 \, featuring Brooke Adams\, Stockard Channing\, Melanie Mayron\, and Tony Shalhoub\, with Julian Fleisher and Michael Kostroff. The festival\, co-produced by Sandra Tsing Loh\, combines performances and audience workshops\, including science communication. \nCaltech alumni are encouraged to view the full week’s schedule\, join a workshop\, and perform. If you’d like to run your science through the festival’s performance rubric and receive two hours of training before performing\, contact Sandra at sandratsingloh@cs.com. \nRegistration\nPlease be sure to register in two places: \n1.
