This webinar will explore the different ways that an intellectual property portfolio — whether comprised of patents, trade secrets, copyrights and/or trademarks — can add value to your business through a carefully-considered and well-executed strategy. IP assets can provide certain economic value to a company, whether as an attractive asset to an investor in or buyer of the company, or as a potential revenue stream through IP licensing efforts. IP also has an important role in preserving a company’s freedom-to-operate in a particular technology space, and can help preserve technological advantage over competitor products or services. These and other IP-related business strategy considerations will be explored over the course of the webinar.
