The California Institute of Technology and the Caltech Alumni Association do not, and will not, sell, rent or otherwise make available alumni contact information in any form to outside entities, except for the purpose of sending alumni official Institute or Association communications or publishing directory materials for non-commercial use by alumni. Information you provide in the course of utilizing Caltech alumni services may become part of your alumni record.

Our online directory is password protected for use by alumni only. Information behind the login is considered privileged and may not be shared or distributed by electronic or other means. The Alumni Association staff will check and verify, as needed, identifying information to confirm eligibility for access to any information in the alumni database.
